We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our team in Berlin, Germany. This full-time position is based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager, and entails managing Berlin and Hamburg sites. The position requires managing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations, while serving as a facilitator for interactions with company HQ in Israel. An ideal candidate will be a team-player with a hefty background in management, and a high drive to get things moving in a fast-paced environment.The main responsibilities of the Director of Sales include (but are not limited to): Lead, grow and develop a team of sales, community and operations managers.Together with the Sales Manager, manage sales efforts & implement solutions to improve business performance in the cityWork closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through Berlin branchesWork with local community managers and community associates to ensure high customer satisfaction, and high NPS resultsBe the POC for all corporate matters between The German market & company HQMonitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market’s performanceWork closely with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc’, in order to make sure goals are metNurture company's brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department Requirements 10+ years experience in managing a team and leading a business unit5+ year of sales experience; customer service is a plusExperience working in international environment - an advantageCollege degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting or similarMBA - advantageStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teamsFluent English and German Critical Competencies for Success:You must be a multi-faceted professional who has dabbled in a variety of fields; A general understanding of team development, sales, marketing, customer service, business, finance and more are a huge advantage & necessary for the growth of the company in GermanyYou must be a great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral formAnalytical skills, organizational skills and good time-management - are key for this position.Experienced working with people & managing cross-functional teams?
