Tasks Your Responsibilities in Finance and Accounting: You accompany the digitization and automation of booking entries and documents (incoming invoices, expenses, etc.). You are responsible for administrative and financial processes with the aim of positive business development. You take care of reporting and notification deadlines as well as compliance with legal requirements and accounting principles. Your goal: Smooth operation of the finance and accounting of our German subsidiary. You monitor liquidity and prepare financial accounting together with our tax advisors and other colleagues in Germany and France. You work independently in our German branch and are supported by experienced, open, and dynamic colleagues from the company headquarters. Depending on your profile, you can take on the following tasks: Cash flow monitoring, Liquidity planning and budgeting, Budget control, Accounting, including document preparation, Tax returns, Debt collection, Supplier payment management (preparing payments), Dashboard monitoring You are the point of contact for our portfolio companies as well as executives, auditors, tax advisors, banks, suppliers, and the finance team of the Mentor Group.
