Senior Trade Process Manager - Energy Trading (f/m/d)

Your Responsibility

• You establish and maintain trading relationships with counterparts
• You develop and establish E.ON contractual standards for power purchase agreements (PPAs) and related contracts (covering physical and financial settlement) with involvement of legal, accounting, tax, credit risk and back-office departments
• You develop product descriptions and confirmation templates based on contractual requirements
• You support the trading and origination desks in structuring commercial transactions and develop smart solutions from a contracts drafting perspective
• You liaise with Legal and Finance colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance (EMIR, MIFID, MAR, REMIT)
• You act as coordinating interface between various support functions (e.g. legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, compliance) and the commercial functions

Your Profile

• You bring 5+ years of professional experience in an energy trading / origination environment
• You have in-depth knowledge of traded products in energy commodity markets and master trading agreements, ideally both financial and physical
• You are familiar with regulatory requirements (EMIR, REMIT, MIFID, MAR)
• You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders within and outside the organization
• You have excellent English language skills, spoken and written
