We are a platform customer and have both Workday Financials and HCM. Join us at one of our German locations (e.g. Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, etc.) or completely remote . Your tasks Contact person for HR key users for our Workday Competence Center Identification of synergies as a central interface between Workday and the relevant stakeholders (especially HR) Analysis and optimization of existing processes – also outside of HCM – for the continuous improvement of efficiency and quality Central role in the internal support organization as well as optimization of the service quality of the supported specialist applications and processes (e.g. incident, change, problem and release management) Beyond technical understanding and implementation, you can create real business value in this role as a process and organizational optimizer Your Profile Experience in guiding and designing Workday HCM modules as e.g. HCM Core, Recruiting, Absence, Talent > Performance, (Adv.)
