With 11 self-owned factories across six countries, seven overseas branches, and over 13,000 dedicated employees, we’ve established ourselves as industry leaders in garment manufacturing.Requirements:You must possess relevant industry knowledge and contacts, with the ability to generate new business opportunities.Extensive experience as a sales or product manager in importer companies is essential.Deep understanding of the fashion apparel development and business landscape, particularly in the Germany/Italy/France garment markets.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.Experience collaborating with international production centers is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Note: One position available for each country’s office (Germany, Italy, France)Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base in Germany/Italy/France.Design market development plans, forecast sales, standardize processes, and meet targets.Cultivate strong relationships with key retail clients in Germany/Italy/France.Identify new market opportunities and devise business strategies.Analyze market policies, trends, and provide strategic support for business development and product innovation.Represent the company at industry exhibitions, gather insights, and broaden business networks.Coordinate with Chinese merchandisers for timely product delivery.Establish and manage organizational structures in Germany/Italy/France.Project location: Germany/ Italy/ France                Project duration: 6-12 months
