Our Capabilities practice are looking for experienced Consultants in Process Optimisation to join the team.Our clients face the corporate world’sbiggest challenges while delivering society’s most crucial project – the energytransition. We help them optimize their processes to develop, coordinate andimplement sustainable improvements to reach society’s biggest goal.What you will be doingSupport our clients in improving their processes and operations;Facilitate interactive client workshops and deliver client trainings;Help our clients to achieve their goals and become fit for future;Work very close with industry and subject matter experts;Learn something new every day;This position is available on a full-time orpart-time basis.Your skills and experienceWerecruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Some of the key sills we arelooking for:You you will have experience in optimizing processes and team performance;You will have knowledge aboutorganisation design and change management;You will have knowledge about transformation projects, cost optimization and agile ways of working;You will have knowledge about data quality and improvements;Ideally, you will have Consulting experience (internal or external consulting);You will have project management and delivery experience;You will have excellent communication and presentation skills; You will have advanced language skills in English and German.What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First We give you every opportunity to progress by having four promotional reviews a year.
