Working Student (m/f/d) Event Marketing

For our Business Area Pharma in Markt Schwaben near Munich, we are looking for a new working student with immediate effect. Gain experience in Event Marketing and insights into the product and brand communication of an international company.  Your role in our team You support Event Marketing (conferences, exhibitions, customer events), especially in the planning of events, including procurement processes, logistics and availability of marketing materials You research accompanying activities for planned events and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders You will be responsible for the preparation, creation and final review of marketing and sales support documents You are responsible for researching and ordering giveaways and are the contact person for internal inquiries You actively participate in the operational processes of the marketing department Your profile You are studying business administration, marketing, communication sciences or a related field of study; ideally, you have already gained some practical experience You are highly self-motivated and can advance your area of responsibility independently You are a team player and work in a structured and independent manner You have a very good command of German and a good command of written and spoken English You have an affinity for numbers and a confident use of MS Office You are characterized by commitment, creativity and a strong consulting and service orientation Your benefits A comprehensive insight into Event Marketing and communication of an international company Contributing your own ideas and actively shaping projects A committed team Flexible working hours The possibility of mobile working after consultation with the team Can you find yourself in this profile?  Then you are right at Körber.
