In this role, you will work on the conception, coordination and implementation of channel & category specific planning as well as creation process of global customer engagement communication. What you can expect:Set-up of campaign calculations and forecasts as well as creation of campaign reports for all campaigns Interpretation of all relevant campaign KPIs from standardized reports, drawing conclusions and identifying optimization potentials Holistic take over of all campaign relevant tasks within the campaign management tool: segmentations, campaign creation, ensurance of availability and validity of attributes, execution of (test-) sendouts and frequent controlling of successful execution Strategic development aligned with overall Global Customer Engagement and Campaigning strategy, including technical set-up Continously improving the newsletter modules with the relevant stakeholders, organizing A/B tests and adapting according to the learnings Category specific planning of all promotions per country; maintainance of all budget controlling process steps Functional leading of interns and Junior CRM Campaign Managers Your profile: Distinct interest in CRM campaign management as well as CRM related technical and analytical processes High preference of dynamic, forward-oriented professional environment Profound knowledge in CRM campaign management tools (segmentations, campaign set up, testings, execution) Profound experience with CRM Campaign Reporting including knowledge of all relevant KPIs and interpretation of results Profound experiences in budget controlling & planning Excellent project management capabilities Excellent skills in English conversation and writing #LI-SP1 Your benefits:Made for Me: three days in Metzingen and two days working remotely.
