Effective Field As a Salesforce Consultant (all genders), you will work with our customers and our team to develop innovative processes and digital automation for excellent customer experiences in all sales and service interactions between our customers and their customers.Your classic workday is characterized by a diverse range of tasks in which you support our customers and further develop them in various projectsYou analyze, design and implement innovative cloud solutionsYou work together with us for the customer and carry out configuration on the Salesforce platform or extend it with Apex code or at least explain the requirement to one of our developing colleaguesYou manage Salesforce projects, which gives you valuable know-how, and let it flow into the implementation of the use casesConducting workshops is also an integral part of your job descriptionAnd the most important thing: we always have an open ear for your thoughts and ideas!
