As part of a highly committed and enthusiastic team, a key player in a growing company at the heart of the electric transportation revolution, the Gigafactory Talent acquisition manager provides support and expertise to managers and HR team members in the following areas.Managing the implementation of the Talent acquisition department and its territorial development:- He/she organizes, manages and steers the activity (project, deadlines, budget...), develops the network of training professionals within the region in order to ensure that the company's development issues are taken into account,- He/she accompanies the change induced by these issues of the electromobility sector with local recruitment actors in order to feed the short, medium and long term needs of the company,Organize the recruitment/internal mobility and integration of newcomers (employees or inbound mobility): - On the basis of operational and functional needs in the short, medium and long term, he/she collects the positions to be filled and the profiles of the candidates (permanent, fixed-term contracts, work-study students, etc.); he/she chooses the most appropriate recruitment methods: advertisements, social networks, speed dating, forums, etc. and, if necessary, recourse to specialized firms in conjunction with the company's corporate Talent Acquisition department,-As soon as external or internal candidates respond to the offers, the recruitment team organizes pre-screening interviews with them and make the relevant ones meet the hiring managers for technical interviews, before conducting final HR interview,-Then, he/she ensures the administrative integration and defines the integration processes involving the managers concerned so that the newcomers integrate as well as possible into the company and want to stay there,Manage the recruitment and mobility activity:- He/she hires a team of talent acquisition specialists to ensure sufficient sourcing capabilities,- He/she monitors his/her activity in line with the corporate and local challenges and provides KPIs and HR documents: recruitment dashboards, staff reporting, presentation for meetings of staff representative bodies ....- He/she will take part in more global HR projects which may take on an international dimension with the development of the company, Comprehensive HR knowledge with a proven track record of successful ramp-ups, preferably within the battery gigafactories or automotive industry, centered on production profiles. An experience in a greenfield environment is very appreciated.At least 10 years of experience as a Talent acquisition specialist, including at least 3 years of team management.Higher education in Human Resources: Master's degree in Human Resources or business school specializing in HR.Speaking german fluently is mandatory. Good command of English is essential to interact smoothly within the group. Some notions of French or Italian are nice to have.Taste for challenge, result-oriented culture, "solutions" orientation and flexibility; Enthusiastic, team player and rigorous.Experience in a recruitment / temporary work agency with an experience of high volumes and local Kaiserslautern market screening is a plus.ACC (Automotive Cells Company) was created in the summer of 2020 within the framework of the European Battery Alliance to enable the emergence of a major European player in the design and manufacture of highly innovative battery cells and modules for electric vehicles. The ACC project, which is based on a very strong R&D dimension with an R&D center and a pilot plant in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region (near Bordeaux and Angouleme), is in line with the energy transition and greenhouse gas emission reduction objectives of the EU and its member states, in line with the Paris Agreement and the Green Deal.
