How you will spend your time as our next Business Application Specialist – Infor M3 Sales Management: As an "O2C Specialist", you work closely with your "Group Solution Owner Order to Cash" to implement end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment centered around INFOR CloudSuite™ Food & Beverage. You will be responsible for deriving and implementing defined requirements and maintaining multiple scenarios to meet user expectations for functionality and accuracy. In addition, you will take ownership of deployment, design enhancements and system configurations to improve our end users' use of O2C business applications and support in day-to-day operations, e.g., incident management activities. What you will do: As a Business Expert, you will ensure that applications, including Customer Order Processing, Pricing & Conditions, Sales Statistics & Performance, Point of Sale Integration, and Customer Service Desk, among others, meet business needs and end-user requirements. Your role involves identifying and resolving issues within system applications.Additionally, you will share responsibility for applications such as Lot and Allocation Control, Picking, Warehouse Management, Transport Management, Transportation Planning Interfaces, Freight Cost Management, Customer Order Returns, and Invoicing. This entails ensuring these applications fulfil business objectives, meet end-user requirements, and address any system application issues that arise.Ensure that any new software integration into the company's systems, especially in order management, meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. This will also require conducting impact analyses for monthly code drop release notes. Assist business teams with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements for existing and new Infor M3 systems and modules.Translate business requirements into working solutions by creating technical designs and configuration documents.What we expect of you: Solid business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT Advanced knowledge of business process management, requirements definition, solution design and testing Order to Cash cycle experience required; with M3 functional application support experience is a plus Experience with ERP implementations, e.g., M3 Sales Management, M3 Supply Chain Execution, EDI and Transportation Management SystemsExperience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferredAbility to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environmentGood command of spoken and written the English language is a must, and German is a plusPLEASE NOTE: for non-EU applicants, a valid work and residence permit is a prerequisite for this post.About Intersnack ITIntersnack IT KG is a member of the Pfeifer & Langen Industrie- und Handels-KG’s group of companies and a sister company to Intersnack Group.
