Description Resposibilities: Responsibilities include the commercial management of the holding company and the implementation of the strategy Leadership of M&A projects and as well the Post Merger Integration Processes the basis for the healthy and targeted growth of the group of companies Preparation of corporate plans for all companies and regular reporting are just as much a part of your responsibilities as liquidity planning and control Act as a sparring and contact person for the supervisory board, auditors, external service providers and banks Profiles Profile : A proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive in a complex and dynamic environment, within the software industry. Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning . Experience in mergers and acquisitions , including due diligence, integration, and post-merger integration. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
