We are developing the first medical-grade, certified digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction using precision nutrition. Aufgaben We are about to launch our cutting-edge solution for type 2 diabetes, fully reimbursed in the German market. As the right hand of the founders, you are working on the goal of making the Una Health therapy known and desired by patients (for whom the therapy is fully reimbursed) and building a network of engaged doctors that prescribe Una and setting up for Una's expansion. Our field is vastly new, fast evolving and has the potential for an immense impact on our healthcare system. Given its novelty, optimal marketing and sales strategies and tactics have not been fully established. Hence the key measure of success is experimentation and learning how to bring our solution to the millions of people impacted. Using primary and secondary data and research, you will identify where in the patient journey to focus on, which channels and strategies to use, identify and close strategic partnerships, set up and run experiments and build an effective and scalable acquisition process together with the team. Some of the activities can include: Will work closely with our founding team and support the set up and management of the operational business Play a key role in strategic decisions and manage projects across departments (business development, sales, operations, partnership) Take lead in business development and in the management of strategic partnerships. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Assess key areas to improve the journey of patients and doctors, ideate and launch projects with clear hypotheses Set up and improve operations and processes across the company. Automate or once implemented and running, hand over to a team member Identify and approach potential strategic partners with an aligned mission Run experiments and track analytics on the effectiveness of the different campaigns and channels Support the use of marketing automation such as CRM databases, surveys or e-mail marketing and database marketing. Qualifikation If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point from the list, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat. Due to the nature of this specific role, the only exception to this is the required proficiency in the German language. Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Design or related field from a top university (Master's is a plus!) Language: Fully proficient in both German and English Experience: 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in strategy, sales, business development, marketing, and (digital) health is a strong plus Entrepreneurial: You see solutions where others see problems, you come up with new ideas and have a strong bias for action - there's nothing more rewarding for your than going out and building! Analytical: You have strong analytical skills and guide your decision making by hypotheses and data. Ressourceful: improving our healthcare system is though - this motivates you (like it does us). Your are ressourceful to build solutions with limited structures in place and focus on the longer term goal thereby tackling obstacles on the way with ease.
