YOUR ROLE Manage and oversee the HPS (Henkel Production System) deployment for the Region Ensure HPS maturity progress (Bronze/Silver/Gold) via HPS roadmap implementation and validate accomplishments through maturity assessments Define and initiate setting of CI targets, roadmaps, performance measures, reports, and tools together with regional Manufacturing Directors Develop the production system (processes, assets, and people) to reach highest efficiencies in plants to support the business at lowest cost Develop and lead workshops involving all regions and plants to increase the level of skills and autonomy of the production teams Seek permanently state-of-the-art solutions from external world which could make a difference for Henkel, i.e., leveraging latest digital technologies and processes Act as role model of continuous improvement culture and behaviors YOUR SKILLS Master's degree, preferably in one of the Engineering disciplines Experienced FMCG supply chain professional (min 10-15 years) with demonstrated hands-on experience in CI/Operations (Plant Manager experience is an advantage) Highly motivated, team-oriented person with distinct 'Can-Do'-attitude Ambitious leadership style and drive with the ability to connect, communicate, and influence cross-functionally across all levels of a matrix organization Potential to advance to higher levels of leadership within Henkel Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective processes (ideally at global scale) Develop and lead workshops involving all regions and plants to increase the level of skills and autonomy Ability to deliver results in a matrix organization and manage a complex stakeholder field and business sponsors Fluent in English At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
