Supplier Quality Assurance Senior Expert for Complex Mechanical Parts (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Plan and manage overall activities for clean launch and stable delivery and quality of complex mechanical parts Appropriate planning & follow-up of supplier development milestones/schedule per APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) procedure of complex mechanical components in collaboration with relevant stakeholders engineering, suppliers etc.)Accomplish above mentioned objectives, by utilizing expertise of processing technologies:From advanced phase of supplier pre-development/pre-qualification, actively engage in review and verification of parts design and production process to identify risks and countermeasures and reflect them in development milestones/schedule upfront Proposals for solution options by reviewing customer requirements, system design structure, parts design and production engineering and jointly find optimal solution Support PPAP team for timely approvalsStudy valuable solutions in case of non-conformance or in case of supplier requestsParticipate in supplier development and -performance evaluationDocument lessons learned and reflect them into written procedure Active role in VAVE activities and design to cost at program award stage WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering years of Mechanical Design Engineering, -Parts Production Engineering, Quality Assurance and/or Purchasing experience in automotive industryExperience in processing technologies such as high precision plastic molding and diecast, APQP knowledgeExperience in DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and PFMEA Ability to understand technical contents, development risks and countermeasures to plan reasonable milestones and launchAbility to review customer requirements, system design structure, parts design and production engineering Problem solving skills and and intercultural competenciesWillingness to travel  WHAT WE OFFER YOU + Flexible working hours+ Mobile working possibilities+ Urban Sports Club membership+ Job bike+ International work environment+ Variety of training and development opportunities+ working in a great team, on remarkable projects and products, in a fantastic organization
