The Offer Great work culture Opening within a company with a solid track record of success Opportunity to make a positive impact The Job Responsibilities: As the Office Clerk your primary responsibilities include: General Office Support: Provide support in day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data into the company's database and spreadsheets. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times. Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed. Coordinate calendars and schedules for office staff. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, supplies, and inventory. Prepare reports as requested by management. Assistance to Management: Provide administrative support to managers and executives, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries through phone and email channels. Overseeing the entire process of customer orders from receipt to dispatch and payment receipt. Verifying supplier purchasing invoices against delivery notes and handling invoice processing. Precisely inputting and updating customer details in our proprietary computer system, UNITY. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repairs and maintenance. The Profile Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail. Prior experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Fluency in English is preferred to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
