Job Description Incorporation of specific local and regional experience within Sales and Pre-Sales activities Detailed Sales process knowledge including relevant IT-skills related to SAP. Support of existing team members related to Maintenance and roll back activities, as well as upcoming deployments Ensure support to business in relation to maintenance and improvement activities with regards to Sales and Sales related processes and data structures. Support of existing team members with regard to CRM activities Your Tasks: Analysis, enhancement, improvement of SAP Template for the Sales domain in alignment with other functional domains and with regard to End-TO-END view.Preparation and conduction of presentations and workshops for the discussion of business processes with local Business Process Experts and /or OwnersPrepare and maintain training materialsPrepare and execute training sessions for End UsersConsult and support local key user with regard to the usage of system processesCo-ordination of the on-going demand processes within the live countries. Communicate changes / improvements to user community on an on-going basisManage and undertake required subproject tasks with regard to project management considering time / quality and costs.Preparation, implementation and follow up of workshops sessions with local experts with regard to template improvements, process developments and/or conceptsPrepare / support / conduct and analysis of test executionPrepare / support Data Migration activitiesPrepare / support analyses After-Go-life periodPrepare / support / conduct on-going maintenance activitiesSupport training initiatives to end users on Sales related topicsPre-actively support and understand integration topics to other domains, in particular with LE / MM / FI /CO and WM/EWMAchieve the project objectives and compliance within scheduled milestones, taking into account the resources (personnel costs), schedule and quality of resultsRisk and problems are addressed timely and corrective measures initiatedProject reporting is complete and up-to dateFeedback from customers, and BPM team members Your Background: University degree in informatics / economics / business informatics or comprehensive business experience in SalesAt least 2 years’ experience in ERP projects (either as internal or external consultant)At least 4 years of professional experience in operational Sales and/or Customer Service ManagementAt least 5 years working experience in the area of ERP and good practical work experience in the usage of SAP sales and Distribution module.
