Tasks We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Growth Marketing (f/m/d) to build our marketing department at VisionAI. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and product positioning. You will be responsible for defining and updating the market for VisionAI, driving customer acquisition and product marketing. This involves: Strategic Product Positioning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with our business goals, establishing our e-commerce tools as industry-leading solutions. Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Utilize data-driven insights to inform product development and refine marketing strategies. Customer Growth Initiatives: Create and implement effective customer acquisition strategies tailored to specific segments, driving the expansion of our customer base. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful sales enablement materials, providing essential tools and resources for effective deal closures. Thought Leadership Content: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, positioning our brand as an industry thought leader and supporting inbound marketing efforts. Digital Visiblity: Lead digital marketing efforts, covering SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to boost traffic, enhance engagement, and generate leads. Product Launch Excellence: Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring seamless communication of new features and updates to the market. Analytics and KPIs: Implement robust tracking and measurement systems, analyzing marketing initiative success and adjusting strategies accordingly. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements If you're passionate about E-commerce, have a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, and are ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry, we want to hear from you. What we are looking for in a potential profile for this role is: 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS demand gen/ product marketing Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies driving customer acquisition and revenue growth A track record of leading subject matter and people in ambiguous environments, balancing both tactical and strategic approaches Deep knowledge of e-commerce industry Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
