Ecommerce Marketing Specialist M/F/X Within your #OneTeam We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to assist in delivering the digital strategy in Central Europe - driving Ecommerce sales and revenue for key products. You will play a central role in the development and implementation of the acquisition, retention and customer portfolio growth strategy to support reginal growth. You will have at least 3 years of digital / performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B organisations (sectors: tech, telco, fintech ideal not essential). You are a well-rounded individual with a mix of technical skills, creativity, and business acumen to drive successful marketing campaigns. Continuous learning and adaptability are also crucial. Your main responsibilities Strategy and Planning Collaborate in crafting comprehensive digital and market strategies and develop go-to-market plans aimed at acquiring new customers while fostering the retention of the existing customer base. Effectively translate Digital Marketing strategies into detailed campaign briefs for channel marketing teams and external agencies. Day-to-Day Management of Campaigns & Projects Engage with the paid media agency to proficiently launch and optimize digital performance, ensuring a strategic alignment with overarching business goals. Oversee the seamless creation of all necessary assets for campaigns and maintain a continuous focus on "always on" initiatives. Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate the swift execution of essential actions for successful campaign launches and ongoing optimization. Enhance Performance through Monitoring and Analysis Delve into online channels and campaign performance to extract valuable insights and identify emerging trends. Utilize analytical findings to drive optimizations in both digital and sales performance. Deliver comprehensive reports to the business, accompanied by actionable insights, clear objectives, and measurable KPIs. Skills required Digital Marketing Experience: previous digital marketing experience is essential. Familiarity with different digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others is crucial. Good understanding of SEO principles, CRO best practices and email marketing. Analytical skills: strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights. Data-driven Decision-Making: Experience in making decisions based to inform strategies. A/B Testing and Optimization in Paid Media: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to implement and analyse tests to optimize campaign performance is highly valuable. Budget Management: Experience in managing advertising budgets efficiently and effectively is key. Setting budgets, allocating spend across different channels, and optimizing for the best return on investment (ROI). Content for paid media: experience in creating engaging and effective assets for paid media. Understanding of Customer Journey: understanding of customer journey and how different marketing channels contribute to various stages of the funnel is essential. Strong Communication Skills: effective communication and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting campaign results, and sharing insights with stakeholders. Project Management Skills: ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. International experience not mandatory but would a plus.
