Junior Operational Excellence Specialist (m/f/d) We are searching for a Junior Operational Excellence Specialist, to support developing, implementing, and improving our Operational Excellence. This position is part of the local Operational Excellence team, based in our Distribution Centre EDC, Hamburg, reporting directly to the Operational Excellence Manager. Your Responsibilities Drive and manage Excellence Organization within the EDC in alignment with EDC Management and Global Distribution Lean Management Ensure state of the art performance data management, especially quality related KPIs Maintain and develop quality management system in EDC in alignment with Global Distribution Quality Management Lead and coordinate continuous improvement following the lean and quality principles by example Ensure the compliance with national and company quality requirements Implement adequate Lean / Six Sigma working principles and methods Optimize cost and ensure cost competitiveness compared to third parties Ensure the compliance with national and company Health & Safety About You Sound experience in quality control Preferred experiences with safety standard Significant experience in training employees Relevant degree Preferred experience in managing people Expertise in lean management / Six sigma Fluent command of English and local language in speaking and writing Good communication skills, including mastering state-of-the art presentation tools Proven records of continual professional development Cross-cultural skills What we can offer You Flexible working hours, Mon-Fri International work environment Opportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work Internal trainings Benefits: Public Transport, Insurance, EGYM, Fruit & Drinks, Bonus Voices from the TeamDennis, what are you doing in Operational Excellence? - “Operational excellence plays a pivotal role in advancing the distribution centers in the North region of our global distribution network.
