Position Description As an IT project manager in a SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program, you will work within the Program Management Office, specifically driving the technology related topics such as IT integration, Data migration, Solution Architecture, RICEFW, FIORI, Infrastructure and Security in the program. You will report to the Head of PMO.Drive technology:- You act as a dedicated resource for the technology program management, providing program management for the technology streams- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units and stakeholders, to develop effective solutions and mitigate risksProgram Coordination:- Support program management in coordinating activities for the technology workstreams within the transformation program- Ensure alignment of project plans, schedules, and dependencies to maintain program integration and successful delivery- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparencyIssue Resolution:- Proactively identify and address technology program issues and risks, working closely with project managers and stakeholders- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and provide guidance to teams in resolving complex issues- Monitor the progress of issue resolution, track actions, and escalate to ensure timely resolution Reporting and Documentation:- Prepare and deliver regular reports to the program management, highlighting critical issues, status updates, and recommended actions- Provide comprehensive documentation for lessons learned and best practices Position Requirements - You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, business administration, or project management- 5-8 years of professional expertise required; thereof at least 3 years of project management expertise- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle complex and challenging situations- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Ideally experience in SAP transformations (SAP to S/4HANA) in a geographically dispersed project set-up is a plus- Certification in project management (e.g. PMI, IMPA, ISO) at an intermediate or higher level or proven practical knowledge in the handling of project management methods (e.g. in accordance with PMI, IMPA, ISO, QIAGEN's own) Personal Requirements - Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
