In the work for our customers and in the development of your own skills.Your missionAs a Market Research and Sales Assistant (all genders), you will support our Corporate Partnering & Sourcing team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from the Korean pharmaceutical market to help us make informed business decisions.This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about research, has strong analytical skills, and is eager to learn about market trends.Use of social media platforms such as Naver, Kakaotalk, K-Bio News, etc. for promoting Midas Pharma’s services in Korea and monitoring pharmaceutical industry news in KoreaMarket, manufacturer and competitor analyses on the Korean pharmaceutical industryResearch on Korean technology providers in the field of ADCs, peptides, amino acids, oligonucleotidesOrganization of joint projects and events with governmental institutions such as KOTRA and Korea BIOMarket assessments for pharmaceutical product sales in Korea, e.g. target customers, price assessment, competition, business case, preparation of promotion materialYour profileKorean language proficiency is a must – Mother tongue preferredEnglish and German language skills are a plus, but not mandatoryBasic experience in the pharmaceutical industryCommercial background preferredOur OfferFlexible working hours to accommodate your scheduleVery flexblibe remote work options after your initial training periodHands-on experience and exposure to real-world market research projectsOpportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive teamCompetitive hourly wagePotential for future growth and career opportunities within the company
