What will you doSupport us in developing the leading data onboarding SaaS startup in Europe. We are developing a suite of tools with significant scaling potential to serve a vast market.You will be a real innovator in the B2B SaaS space, working closely with the engineering & sales teams to actively shape and coordinate our client's journey from the technical onboarding to their technical implementation efforts to empower thousands of companies to break free from messy spreadsheets and loads of admin work.In this role, you will:Actively lead implementation sessions to educate and convert our clients as well as understand our customers’ needs first-handBe the product expert during the sales process in regard to our product, integrations and platformsTake responsibility for how users experience our product with all its touchpoints and ensure it's up to the high standard we set for ourselvesProvide comprehensive customer support for testing prospects, implementing clients, and maintaining ongoing client relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage of the customer journeyBe responsible for technical pre-sales design recommendations and justificationsConsistently and cogently address our prospect's needs through astute verbal and written communication skills What success looks like in this role3 Months: Master product knowledge, lead bilingual implementation sessions, provide support to our customer service team, and define processes and guidelines for effective client communication. 6 Months: Simplify customer implementation, reduce time-to-value, minimize the need for human intervention in Nuvo's implementation support, establish tailored guidelines, and optimize pricing in collaboration with Sales.12 Months: Drive sales for optimal conversion and lead customer success initiatives to reduce time-to-value and increase product usage. What are we looking for? You have a deep passion for SaaS business models and, ideally, have 3+ years of experience in sales engineering and technical customer success in an early-stage start-up or high-performance environmentFundamental JavaScript and/or TypeScript knowledgeUnderstanding the concept of well-known web development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular or Vue)Advanced communication skills, analytical and conceptual thinking skills and fluent business English to communicate with our customers and to understand their use cases and problemsYou have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science or a related fieldIdeally, you are based in Hamburg or willing to relocate (not a must)Proficiency in German and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clientsYou have already performed sales engineering for an interface- and frontend-based product, ideally a software library
