All over Europe we are looking for aKey Account Manager(m/w/d) Cleanroom Europe Ref.Nr.:JR1006160That's why it is worthwhile joining CWSAn open, friendly and dynamic working environmentChallenging and varied field of workA secure job in a success-oriented companyFlat hierarchy, individual development and further education opportunitiesWork-Life-BalanceYou can look forward to these tasksImplement and execute the overall strategy for Cleanroom and set long & short-term sales strategies for assigned key customersAcquire a thorough understanding of the assigned key customer needs and requirements to support profitable portfolio growth by upsellingExpand the portfolio at the assigned key customers by continuously proposing new services by introducing innovations and optimisations that meet the objectives of the key customersGenerating new business at potential key customers which are assigned to theRegional Generalistand responsible for contract negotiation and implementation including all other relevant documentation of our servicesRegistration of all relevant information of the (potential) key customers in the designated Customer Relationship Management ToolResponsible for the communication between the key customers and other internal departmentsResolve any issues and problems faced by the key customers and deal with complaints to maintain the relationship and trustProvide regular management reports to key customers of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholdersThese skills distinguish you A degree in business administration and minimum 5 years of experience in the field or a related organizationSales expert with high level of good business knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit, preferably knowledgeable in the cleanroom fieldAbility to design and effectively implement both short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategiesProven experience in cross-selling and practical experience in sales activitiesDemonstrated knowledge of organizational strategies and sales techniquesPossession of good networking capabilitiesStrong analytical and supervisory skills, excellent communication skillsMust be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to salesFluent in German and English, other European languages would be a great advantage ​Sounds interesting?
