As a Performance Manager in our Operation & Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of our solar energy plants through advanced data analysis and engineering techniques. Your expertise will directly contribute to maximizing efficiency and output, ultimately driving our mission toward a sustainable future. Your Job Utilize your expertise in data analysis by conducting performance analysis on our PV power plants to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Determine under-performance of PV plants and assess the potential to increase revenues for the O&M BU or the SPV.  Assist the Asset Co. in optimizing the energy yield of PV plants.  Validate and review energy models for owned assets to maximize their value.  Identify performance issues or data anomalies and use various analysis methods, plant logs, and inquiries to explain and resolve the cause of those issues.  Collaborate in the creation and optimization of data structures with the aim of improving business processes, usability of data and reporting. Investigate and resolve specific PV plant performance questions and concerns and provide a Root Cause Analysis.  Manage the interface with the Engineering department to improve the EPC designs for better operations of future assets. Identify improvement opportunities of digital tools and interfaces with different data sources. Assess the quality of plant components and identify serial defects and vendor issues.  Manage thermal inspections, drones, performance improvement software, and programming.  Manage ib vogt's central data repository of plant data. Your profile Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Renewable Energies, or related field. Proven experience in data analysis roles within the solar energy sector, with a track record of driving performance improvements. Advanced proficiency in technology tools such as Python, Power BI, SQL, SCADA, SharePoint, Data Loggers, and (S)FTP protocols. Hands-on experience in performance engineering and optimization, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
