RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbH, Essen, Swindon, Hamburg, Coventry, Paris, Malmö, Madrid, Warszawa, RomeTo start as soon as possible, full time, permanentFunctional area: IT / Digital As a (Microsoft) Power Platform Solution Architect, you are tech lead, architect and development lead for our individual software projects which are using MS Power Platform as the technical foundation. You technically design and lead the implementation and customization of our specialized Power Platform solutions which help RWE Renewables with the development, construction, and operations of our wind onshore, wind offshore, solar and battery storage assets. Roles & Responsibilities:Act as tech/dev lead by technically designing and implementing software solutions together with the project teams, including product owner, scrum master, UX/UI engineer and other software developersSolution engineering based on Microsoft Power Platform, for creating and maintaining customized software solutions in renewable energies Conduct solution reviews and approve deliverablesProvide (technical) support to other developers and guide/steer them in your projects (typically between two and seven developers per project)Being point of contact/coach for (power) users from the business, enabling them to maintain/extend their appsEnsure solution security, scalability and reliabilityWrite/ensure technical documentations Define and maintain standards/policies for the usage of MS Power PlatformRequirements (qualifications / experience / skills required):Exceptionally good understanding of low-code and no-code concepts and their implementationComprehensive knowledge of MS Power Platform architecture and its functionalitiesFunctional and technical expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Project OperationsProfound knowledge and practical experience for relevant technologies and frameworks, esp.
