Network Operations Manager (m/f/d)We want you to: •    Evaluate and develop recommendation for long-term retail representation model•    Support in the creation of a business recommendation of approach, market-by-market with calculated and robust business case for each•    Development of business planning tool to assess local business case viability for investors (pro-forma simulator)•    Support the nomination and appointment of the key network planning providers/vendors•    Propose departmental budget requirements to fulfil business objectives with rationale and detailed planning for approval•    Propose Genesis Motor Europe departmental resource and network development structure with roles and responsibilities at market level, leveraging HME efficiencies•    Identify and assess potential vendors to examine the economic viability of the retail and service network, in direct alignment with Hyundai Europe's current solutions, aiming to capitalize on shared synergies•    Work on the Retail operations management•    Ensure the appropriate application of retail brand identity in all retail facilities in line with Genesis brand guidelines•    Process incoming dealership/retail/agency evaluations in the appropriate way to prepare the relevant documentation for review and ratification by the area management and the board•    Continually analyze the overall economic situation of the dealership/retail/agency network as well as devise and carry out appropriate measures to optimize these operations, in direct cooperation with the operating market management team•    Align the necessary coordination and information required by Genesis Motor Europe as holding, with the corresponding markets and NSCs in order to operate the network operations•    Support initiatives to operate collaboratively, with transparency, integrity and fairness at all times (Regular status updates and reporting on progress; support the creation of structured reporting formats to ensure efficiency of progress reporting) Requirements: •    University Degree (BSc, MSc) in a relevant field •    Thorough understanding of automotive business operations and model•    At least 6 - 8 years of automotive industry experience in a retail model facing capacity or a comparable environment•    Strategic roles with cross-functional oversight and understanding of operations essential•    Multi-market experience preferred•    Experience of network development activities and roles are a plus•    Excellent business acumen and strong communication skills to present to both internal and external audiences•    Excellent critical thinking, research, and analytical capabilities•    Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are desirable•    Full proficiency in English and good level of German •    Willingness to travel (Pan-European) Rewards and Benefits You'll enjoy a competitive salary, plus:•    Flexible working hours and hybrid work policy•    Continued learning and professional development•    Car sharing and lease mobility program•    Complimentary nutritious food and drink in our canteen•    Complimentary fitness facility and company sport activities such as tennis, soccer, yoga, etc.
