Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week. Your tasks and responsibilities: As part of our international strategy and innovation team of Siemens Healthineers’ central user experience department, you work closely with different stakeholders to synthesize business objectives and user insights in order to generate unique solutions for our clients’ needs and demonstrate the contribution of user centricity to reach our business goals You get buy-in for utilizing UX Strategy across different teams and departments of the company, jointly defining UX goals and measuring according KPIs throughout the development process You synthesize customer data from many sources and market trends to identify strategic opportunities for products and services, shaping projects that you lead from a human centered perspective Together with user researchers and interaction designers, you independently identify synergies across our portfolio to innovate and harmonize the customer journeys, and conceptualize convincing solutions You synchronize with the innovation teams from our Business Lines to define joint projects, which you lead from a UX perspective by taking a user-centered approach You mentor, coach, and train all UX team members on UX strategy and innovation methodologies. Your qualifications and experience: You have a university degree in a user experience-related subject such as design, psychology, engineering, medical field or similar You have long-term professional work experience in the field of user experience strategy, design strategy or similar, preferably in the medical field You have created impact in an organization through user centered strategies and getting corresponding products into the market You have very profound skills in qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesis to formulate consumer insights You have very good skills in interaction design Moreover, you are experienced in transforming user and business goals into strategic directions Your attributes and skills: You are creative and highly passionate in driving innovations for the benefit of our users You are curious and stay up-to-date with current UX as well as business innovation methodologies You listen to the users first, and derive measurable experience goals from in-depth user research You are skilled at presenting ideas with the ability to articulate strategic UX decisions and their link to our business goals to a variety of audiences You have a good sense of balancing creative ideas with practical usability, as well as desirability, feasibility and viability You are experienced and skilled in talking to customers and internal stakeholders on different levels, including C-level You work with different stakeholders and their needs.
