We are looking forward to your application!Your Tasks: You assist in the organizational development of Mill Operation Consumer (MOC) by aiding in the implementation of the new organizational structure through the creation of meeting frameworks and performance review protocols You conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations You monitor and ensure the implementation of agreed-upon action plans for both mills and group functions You Lead specific performance enhancement initiatives, such as increasing machine speed and enhancing cross-profile capabilities You provide support to individual mill managers in specific areas, such as engagement programs and management excellence tools like CL and CIL You promote a collaborative leadership approach with mill managers, aiming for a high level of engagement You implement ongoing cost reduction measures to enhance the mills' competitiveness continuously You facilitate networking opportunities among Mill Managers, Operations Performance Management (OPM) personnel, and group functions to promote learning and professional development Your Profile: Qualification: relevant commercial training and further education or completed studies, at least 3 years of management experience required Experience and Know-how: Several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain / logistics Languages: English on a professional level, good German Personality: Ability to work in a team, flexibility, motivation, proactive mentality Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work Your Benefits: Attractive remuneration: You will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement, which provides for an attractive basic salary as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses.
