Job Description Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join their business inGermany.Job Description:Clearly define the goals and scope of digital transformation projects and manage their integration. Focus on planning, issues, risks, changes, and quality during the operation process to ensure effective project execution.Identify project stakeholders, deeply understand project goals and direction, gain full consensus within the company, and take responsibility for project objectives and value benefits.Cultivate a transformation-oriented atmosphere, enhance stakeholders' willingness and capability for change, assess the impact of transformation, identify resistance, drivers, and risks, proactively and effectively respond, and achieve mindset, consciousness, and method transformation.Organize the development of project plans, coordinate resources, and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the project. Manage project plans, progress, budget execution, and risk monitoring.Monitor project progress, issues, and risks, and promptly escalate and drive resolutions as needed.Consolidate the achievements of transformation projects through operational planning, execution, summarization, and evaluation, ensuring deep and comprehensive transformation and realizing business value.Qualifications & Responsibilities:Experience in project management, preferably in sales projects, research and development projects, delivery projects, or transformation projects.Experience in cross-departmental collaboration, strong adaptability to the environment, and excellent communication and driving skills.Experience in transformation projects/digital transformation is preferred.Chinese and English SpeakingComputer science and IT related background is preferred.Familiarity with project management, change management, product operations, and other related methodologies.Understanding of business knowledge in areas such as marketing services, research and development, production, supply, procurement, delivery services, finance, and human resources.Additional knowledge in architecture, processes, data, IT, and architecture is a plus.
