RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbHTo start as soon as possible, full time, permanentFunctional area: Corporate Development / StrategyYour activitiesManaging and executing cross-functional projects and initiatives with particular relevance to our fast-growing renewable energy business and within different focus areas (e.g. organisational and operational efficiency projects or external market research)Executing projects across the value chain in collaboration with our business units, OPEA directors and board members to address our industry's most pressing challengesEnsure the quality of communication documents for the Renewable Energy Board and senior executives to deliver clear, concise and insightful messagesResponsible for the planning and delivery of offsite events for senior executives, including responsibility for the agenda, presentations and overseeing the project planLead the administrative preparation of workshops and management of all stakeholders, participants, facilitators and other teams delivering workshops and eventsEstablish and functionally manage a small team of interns and/or student workers to assist with all of the above tasks. This role offers the opportunity for personal development and early leadership responsibility.Your profileSuccessfully completed university studies in economics, engineering or natural sciences, preferably with a postgraduate degree/MBAProfound professional experience in comparable functions (management of complex, cross-functional projects), ideally expertise in the field of renewable energies either through work in the operational business or through extensive consulting activitiesStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to consider a large number of different variables simultaneously and draw meaningful conclusions from their synthesisAbility to summarise complex issues and derive decision optionsExcellent project management skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholdersCreative and open-minded personality with the ability to link theoretical scenarios with actual feasibility for the organisationHigh personal credibility, strong interpersonal skills and balanced personality, strong team-orientationFluent in written and spoken EnglishBenefits you can rely onFinancial benefits: We also recognise the great commitment of our employees financially: with a competitive salary.
