All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?   YOUR ROLE Joining the Audit Group of “Supply Chain, Operations & SHE”, one of four groups at Henkel, you will be independently conducting audits all over the worldActively collaborate with cross-functional teams during the planning and execution of your auditsTake responsibility for own projects with a strong focus on process optimization and risk managementConstantly evaluate the effectiveness of key controls at Henkel and identify actions to address risks, ensure compliance and improve business processesEffectively communicate audit results and findings to relevant stakeholders in the organization – including top management – and support them during action closure and in case of questionsTravel the Henkel world - spend up to 40% of your time abroad, including international travel YOUR SKILLS Excellent university degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Business AdministrationWork experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Production or EHS/SHEOutstanding analytical skills, distinct process curiosity and attention to detailStrong presence & assertiveness with high ability to constructively manage conflictsSelf-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in teamsInternational mindset & readiness to work in international teams / settingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProfound skills in MS Office, SAP, system architecture At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
