Bueroang. (Transportwesen) Kaiserslautern, Germany Ausschreibungsbereich WHO MAY APPLY? Current INTERNAL Local National Employees throughout Germany. This covers all current Local National employees of the U.S. Forces in Germany, including U.S. Air Force and AAFES-Europe within Germany. AND EXTERNAL Local National Applicants, who reside in Germany. Hauptaufgaben Initiates scheduled and unscheduled work request for Army owned and GSA IFMS leased vehicles. Ensures that vehicles under warranty are evacuated to manufacturer authorized dealerships. Selects service provider which can best handle the specific problem in relation to quality of work and responsiveness. Evenly distributes work among GSA certified vendors to the maximum possible extent. Resolves claims or disputes with dealerships. Reports problems which cannot be handled locally to the GSA IFMS Fleet Service Representative (FSR) for resolution. Reviews GSA bill-backs (GSA form 2556) for legitimateness. Reviews GSA bills for correctness, forwards them to the supervisor for verification and thereafter to the Resource Manager for payment. Government Purchase Card (GPC) purchases: Receives GPC requests from the requestor with a detail item description/service and at the minimum one source and price. Reviews the request for legality of the purchase and compliance to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Checks if the requested supplies can be acquired thru a mandatory source. If not, does a market research and obtains competitive offers. Selects the source which provides the best offer. Rotates orders among suppliers when practical. Ensures sufficient funds are available, prior to the initiation of the purchase. Monitors the compliance to the scheduled delivery date and sends reminders if the delivery schedule is not met. Processes quality deficiency reports if quantity or quality does not conform to the contract. Receives verified delivery orders from the requestor/ receiver and verifies the accuracy of the invoice. Initiates payments thru the U.S. Bank. Maintains records of all open and completed purchases. Receives motor vehicle accident reports from using organizations. Reviews Operator's Report of Motor Vehicle Accident (SF-91) proper completion. Requests MP blotter entry and documents damage thru photographs. Depending in the amount of damage obtains one to three estimates for the cost of damage (ECOD). Sends the completed package to the GSA Accident Management Center for approval. Once approved provides all supporting documents needed for the initiation of the Financial Liability Report of Property Loss (FLIPL) to the using organization, requesting a statement of release and the processing of the fund transfer. Initiates the FLIPL (DD 200) for USAG-RP and 405th AFSB internal assets. Performs other duties as assigned. Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade. Experience A: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc. Experience B: Experience in the same or similar line of work as the job for which considered. The experience must demonstrate that the applicant possesses the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required in the position. The predominant experience must have been gained at a comparable level of difficulty to the position to be filled. • Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B and able to obtain and maintain a military driver's license. • Office automation skills are required.
