Key Responsibilities: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets. Assist with audits and compliance activities. Support the finance team in day-to-day operations and special projects. Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and financial software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
