Then we encourage you to join our DACH regional customer success management team in Bad Homburg, driving growth and adoption with our Travel Agency customers, aiming for excellence, taking responsibility, working together and putting our customers first. Interesting! You can make a difference by taking responsibility for understanding the needs and constraints of high-value Travel Agency customers and then promoting early adoption and usage of Amadeus solutions to derive maximum value for the customer. You are promoting renewals and expansion of existing accounts by identifying new opportunities. To achieve this, you love establishing relationship and communicating across all management level and ensure customers are satisfied with their Amadeus solutions.
