Retail Performance Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

As our Retail Performance Excellence Manager, you will be leading and managing effective and efficient dealer sales funnel process within dealer showrooms, implement Hyundai dealer and repairer standards and practices and related measurements, handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners and more.We want you to: •    Handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring a positive experience with the brand and control the quality of delivery•    Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding•    Communicate and implement process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their respect•    Be leading and managing effective and efficient dealer sales funnel process within dealer showrooms (defining system specifications based on business needs of both Hyundai HQ and subsidiaries; monitoring and supporting implementation of solution in subsidiary markets; data analysis and management reporting, including action recommendation, planning and follow up monitoring)•    Implement Hyundai dealer and repairer standards and practices and related measurements (develop and maintain the process, policies and systems to handle authorized dealer & repairer quality level, securing best customer experience and support; monitoring authorized dealer and repairer standards compliancy through European platform)•    Be leading and managing solution on dealer and repairer network representation and performance monitoring (defining system requirements based on Hyundai business needs; monitoring and supporting implementation of solution in subsidiary markets; data analysis and management reporting, including action recommendation, planning and follow up monitoring)•    Develop and maintain dealer performance management solution (defining system specification of Dealer performance management solution based on KPI and follow up activities; monitoring and supporting implementation of solution in all markets; data analysis and management reporting, including action recommendation, planning and follow up monitoring) About you: An expert in your field, dealing with complex projects in ambiguous contexts is second nature to you.
