Join the movement and find new inspirationWe have an exciting opportunity as:Assistant Manager Security Risk Management (all genders welcome)at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.Job mission:This role involves the coordination of response activities among various internal teams and external agencies, as well as communication with stakeholders about the nature and status of incidents. It will develop response strategies, document incidents, and lead lessons learned to improve future security posture.Your responsibilities:Incident Response(50%)Act as the first point of contact for any information security incident and manage the incident response lifecycle for Kia EU RHQ and subsidiaries.Coordinate a rapid and effective cross-sectional response to incidents, involving various teams as needed.Initiate investigation on incidents.Prepare reports and post-incident analysis to share with executive management, regulators, and other stakeholders.Continuously improve and streamline the incident response process based on incident post-mortem reviews, changing threats, and business needs.Getting the Organization Prepared(40%)Develop and maintain the organization's Incident Response Plan, including regular updates and training drills with the response team.Conduct phishing email attack & security awareness training across the Kia EU & European subsidiaries to ensure staff are aware of incident reporting procedures and prevention measures.Manage relationships with law enforcement and other security agencies for external incident response support.Analysis of Potential Impact(10%)Analyze potential impact of new threats and exploits and communicate risks to relevant business units.Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, threats, methodologies, and core technologies in order to proactively respond to and mitigate the impact of incidents.Your talents:Bachelor’s degree or comparative experience with emphasis on information security3 years of experience in an organization with mature security processes2 years of experience in incident managementExperience in handling and responding to a variety of cyber security incidents and intrusions.Familiarity with monitoring(SIEM) and forensic tools and practices, as well as legal implications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills.High-level of skill in information gathering and threat analysis.Proficiency in incident management software and common security tools.On-call duty is a prerequisiteWho are we?
