LEGAL COUNSEL (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360T Group legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders.Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalitiesCalculate and handle risks in business process and decision makingDraft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.Execute procedures for e.g. protecting software licenses, patents, trademarks, and industrial designsKeeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function Your profile German State ExamMinimum three years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel in a law office or in the legal department of a financial institution, bank or insuranceStrong consulting skills and above-average communication and conflict resolution skillsGood organisational, prioritisation and time-management skillsAnalytical thinking with a high degree of accuracy and clarity in the written documentationHigh degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skillsTeam spiritExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsBusiness fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing Our offer Performance appraisals on a regular basis360T AcademyCareer ConceptFrankfurt office located directly in the city center Social gatheringsWe offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to participate in the growth of a successful technology company in the financial sector.
