What you can expect Als fester Ansprechpartner stehst du den Fuhrparkmanagement-Partnern der VR DACH und weiteren Vertriebspartnern zur Seite. Du kümmerst dich um die telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit DKV Partnern sowie deren Interessenten und Kunden. Die Implementierung neuer Schnittstellenpartner und die Verwaltung der Schnittstellen fallen ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich.Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern und wirkst bei der Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen mit. Die Prüfung und Pflege von Konditionen sowie die systemseitige Anlage neuer Partner gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben. Dabei achtest du darauf, dass die Konditionen und Beziehungen gemäß den Vereinbarungen gepflegt werden.Du holst Handels- und Bankauskünfte ein und bist verantwortlich für die Einholung von Neukundenanträgen und dazugehörigen Dokumenten bei zugeordneten Partnern. Diese verteilst du anschließend innerhalb des Customer Service Teams. Du unterstützt die Bereichsleitung und den Außendienst und erstellst Reports für Partner und Vorgesetzte.Die Berechnung und Erstellung von Provisionen und Boni liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Du arbeitest eng mit Kundenberatern und internen Abteilungen zusammen und führst Schulungen für die Vertriebspartner durch. Du informierst die Partner über Neuheiten im DKV Service und pflegst die Kundenbeziehungen, einschließlich des Kartenmanagements von Direktkunden.Bei Bedarf koordinierst und bearbeitest du Ausschreibungen, um den reibungslosen Ablauf und die Zufriedenheit der Partner und Kunden sicherzustellen. Ausbildung mit und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst.Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten und hast idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit SAP R3.Dienstleistungsorientierung und Servicebereitschaft sowie ein offenes, positives Kommunikationsverhalten gehören zu Deinen Eigenschaften genauso wie Teamfähigkeit, ein hohes Zahlenverständnis und Einsatzbereitschaft.Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnisse werden ergänzt durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
