Company Overview: Our client is a leading company with over 1,300 employees, specializing in providing cleaning and personnel leasing services to factories (70% of the business) and engineering and technical services to factories (about 30%). With a well-established team of 30 sales personnel, they are now expanding their presence in Germany Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to spearhead their growth initiatives in Germany. This position will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, focusing on hard services, expanding existing services, exploring new market segments, and potentially acquiring or developing partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, collaborating with the existing technical team, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Lead and manage the sales team in Germany, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Drive revenue growth by expanding existing services, exploring new market segments, and considering service company acquisitions. Work closely with the technical team to generate leads, ideas, and support for new projects. Evaluate and develop partnerships or acquisitions that align with the company's growth objectives. Collaborate with the global leadership team to align strategies and share best practices. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and growth initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry. Strong understanding of the German market, with experience in strategic planning and execution. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving results and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and results. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts. Knowledge of hard services and technical industries is a plus. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales and leadership experience. Fluent in German and English. DE-23422
