Director Sales & Marketing

Director Sales & Marketing   Our client, a leading printed circuit boards manufacturer in Neustadt an der Orla, Thuringia, Germany, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director Sales & Marketing to focus on business growth.   As the Director Sales & Marketing, you will report directly to the President & CEO of the Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales leadership.   Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Leadership •             Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth. •             Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Organizational Management •             Establish and lead an efficient Sales Organization. •             Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication across departments. Financial Oversight •             Collaborate with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. •             Ensure effective financial management and control processes.
