Your role - Participate in planning and conducting IT audits as well as SOX audits including updating process documentation, conducting testing on an ongoing basis and assisting of the external audits- Document the design of internal IT controls through the creation of process narratives and flow-charts- Perform pre-audit work, detailed tests of IT controls, and complete audit work-papers- Address identified control weaknesses and work with the team to understand and develop recommendations- Support IT Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) activities and alignment between the IT environment and strategic business objectives Your profile University degree in Management Information Systems, Business Informatics, Accounting/Finance, or comparable qualificationMinimum 1 year of recent internal audit/ public accounting experienceBasic knowledge of accounting and audit standards (certifications preferred) Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English What we offer At the heart of QIAGEN are our people who drive our success.
