Die Einschätzung von Entwicklungstrends sowie die Bewertung von neuen technischen Lösungsansätzen.

IHR PROFIL

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften.

Sie konnten bereits einschlägige Führungserfahrung mit nachweislichen Erfolgen in der Personalentwicklung sammeln.

Sie besitzen langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung mit dem Fokus: Programmierung, Systemanalyse, Systemdesign und Test.

In this exciting vacancy, you will develop innovative software solutions, lead software and test projects, observe the market to assess development trends and manage a committed team. You will work in our hybrid working model at our Mannheim location and report directly to the Head of Software Life Science.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

The development of innovative software & test solutions for microscopy applications with your teams of software developers and test experts.

You lead software innovation projects with a cross-location team.

The assessment of development trends and the evaluation of new technical solution approaches.

You plan and coordinate operational deployment of capacity and resources to ensure the implementation of the innovation plan.

Planning, leadership and support, qualification and assessment of your employees.

You work with all relevant stakeholders at the various Leica Microsystems innovation locations.
YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering or natural sciences.

You have already gained relevant leadership experience with proven success in personnel development.

You have many years of professional experience in the field of software development with a focus on: programming, system analysis, system design and testing.

You can confidently apply your strong strategic, conceptual and communication skills at all times.
