What you'll do

As a working student or intern (f/m/d), you will support us with creating crisp communication for internal and external purposes. Your tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Engage with various stakeholders to support communications for BTP Foundation programs and initiatives

  • Help drive the communication for new topics in the organization by creating communications collateral, e.g.:

  • Create internal marketing material for new programs and projects

  • Support communications in creating and maintaining BTP Foundation material that is leverage through SAP communication channels

  • Assist in creating and maintaining Power Point and Excel documents to measure the impact, document and track projects

What you bring

You are currently an enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Software skills: profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, SharePoint, Power Point, Teams and Excel) is a must-have. Knowledge and skills on graphic design is helpful.
  • Language skills: excellent command of the English language is a prerequisite (written and verbal - an
  • English native speaker would be an advantage), German language skills are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Soft skills: Strong business communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to learn and explore new things,independent working style, reliability and working on schedule

Our unit engages in various cross-topics around SAP Business Technology Platform. Our efforts aim at providing our customers with efficient and integrated system landscapes. To achieve this, we collaborate with organizations within and outside SAP to combine innovative technology with next-generation user experience. Our team communicates a broad range of information in different formats to internal and external audiences. Our goal is to build employee trust and further improve the engagement level of employees and the broader SAP ecosystem. To keep in touch with our audiences, we leverage tools and communities such as MS Teams, SharePoint, SAP Jam, the external SAP Community, and more.
