Your RoleThe Opportunity… The business has a unique opportunity to realign business processes globally and make the entire Group ready for the future. Today, around 14,000 employees work with existing SAP ERP systems. They call up over 50 million transactions every month. ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance. FIT4 is an essential lever in implementing the Company’s #agenda25 The Role… ZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic Business Process Consultant to join this exciting time for the organisation. The successful candidates will be responsible for working in partnership with other business and IT experts to collect business requirements and specify process adaptations. You will be required to analyse business requirements towards the global SAP template, whilst ensuring you support E2E workstreams with the design of required end-to-end process adaptations to global template processes Key ResponsibilitiesTaking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global E2E Record-to-Record processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS MED segment and IT expertsImprove, build and test existing SAP template and add new functionalities of required E2E Record-to-Record process adaptions to global template processesSupport change control and demand management of ZEISS entities being live in SAP S/4HANAContribute functional / process expertise based on the as-is processes in the design of to-be processes and identify and highlight potential handover points and interfaces to other E2E processesPreparation of to-be process design decisions within E2E workstreams and ZEISS MED process ownersAct as coordinator in ZEISS MED segment to support efficient design work and drive transformationParticipate in typical agile “ceremonies” such as Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, Daily Stand-ups and Sprint RetroSupport training concept and training documents creationYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldUp to 2 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Finance and ControllingIn-depth understanding of E2E Record-to-Report business processes like P&L design, Internal Accounting, Integration with fiancial-related processes & systems, e.g., RAR, intercompany sales and pricing proceduresProven experience with business requirements management and design of business processesExperience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systemsrelevant industry knowledgeExcellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skillsAbility to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teamBusiness fluent in English and German (must have)Willingness to travelYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Celine Karbach
