Job posting end date: 05/31/2024 As a IT Specialist (m/f/x), you will: Support, manage and maintain a local application and IT infrastructure or a suite of applications making sure applications are available within service level agreements and are working to design Maintain software levels and the security of the applications Carry out activities in incident, problem and change management and continual service improvement processes Be a Technical expert in designated local applications; Escalate incident to vendors, create change requests documentations and participate in resolving process Be responsible for End user training Be responsible for Channel end user development ideas and requests according to the demand management process; Handle or participate in projects following Global Project Management guidelines Be Responsible for legal requirements requests, evaluate impacts to local applications and control changes; Setting up and administering the townhalll meetings; Order and inventory of computers, telephones and accessories; Maintenance of the door security systems, handling and processing of access cards for time measurement, door and parking access; Printing ID employee ID cards; Setting up mobile devices, installing 2 factor authentification and company business plattform; Onboarding of new employees; Maintanance of MFP printers and coordinating technicians To succeed, you will need: Minimum 3-5 years in a comparable IT role Fluency in German and English Basic skills in Project Management Knowledge of support processes customer service minded and problem solving Capabilities for developing and maintaining the applications development We offer We offer you an interesting and challenging role in a global business environment. We have diverse career opportunities and we support employees’ competence development and growth.
