International Management Trainee (m/f/d) - Operations (Production / Supply Chain Management)

Job Description Our individual program offers you a wide range of seminars and training courses over 24 months so that you can develop your skills in the best possible way. You will pass through various stations in different areas of the company to gain insights into day-to-day business and international projects. And best of all, you will have the opportunity to work abroad within the fischer group of companies. We will coordinate your work schedule together based on your professional focus and interests. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to work on global projects and to experience and get to know the fischer group of companies and our culture worldwide. You will also be prepared for a (global) management role. You will be supported by a personal mentor from fischer's top management. You will start in October this year and receive a permanent employment contract. This gives you planning security and allows you to look forward to your professional future. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management or a comparable specialization Relevant practical experience in form of internships, thesis or working student activities, ideally in an industrial company or a maximum of 2 years of professional experience Strong analytical and conceptual skills to optimize existing processes Entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility Independent and structured way of working Strong teamwork and communication skills and open for new ideas Very good knowledge of English and willingness to learn German Local flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and abroad Additional Information Let's lay the foundation for your future as a junior manager with international prospects at fischer. #fastenyourcareer We look forward to receiving your application via our online application form.
