A Japanese financial institute is currently recruiting a Multifunctional Trilingual Administrative Assistant at their Paris office.This is initially a 6 month temporary contract, and the ideal candidate should have some work experience within Japanese companies, ideally more than 3 years. Business level fluency in English, French and Japanese will be required for this role. TYPE: Initially 6 months’ temp (There is potential for extension)WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday, with 1 hour 30 minutes lunch breakSALARY: €2,600~2,900 per month (depending on experience)BENEFIT: Full travel expenses, lunch supportSTART: From March 2024 or April 2024 (TBC)LOCATION: Central Paris (Office-based) RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assisting the maintenance of their premises, including contract management• Assisting accounting• Assisting IT maintenance• Assisting the managers (in particular in respect of their business travels abroad and their expatriation situation), and the visitors of the Tokyo office• Gathering, treating and managing information• Drafting correspondence• Translations• Purchasing office supplies• Any other usual secretary tasks IDEAL CANDIDATE:• Ideally minimum 3 years of experience working in Japanese companies or corporate environment• Experience of accounting / bookkeeping would be advantageous• Excellent written and spoken English, French, and Japanese • A team player with an inclusive approach towards all colleagues• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Attention to detail, and problem-solving skills• Reliable and hardworking • PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ** All applicants must have the right to work in France as the Company is not able to offer visa support. or
