Cultivating Strong Relationships: Foster enduring connections with our customers, consistently exceeding their needs. Optimizing Transport Solutions: Ensure swift and secure cargo delivery. ✨Being the Voice of the Customer: Advocate for customer needs within our organization. ️ Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed about relevant updates and opportunities. Collaborative Engagement: Participate actively in internal and external customer meetings and projects. Efficient Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for seamless operations. ⏱️Identifying Sales Opportunities: Add value through upselling and cross-selling. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance daily tasks and responsibilities. Financial Operations: Manage financial aspects related to the customer accounts including monitoring revenue, costs and profitability.  We’re looking for someone who:Haslogistics expertiseor enthusiasm. Airfreight knowledge is a plus! ✈️Is fluent in English (proficiency in German is a plus)Is adaptable, open to learning, and flexible.
