Main responsibilities Lead and evolve the Global B2B Proposition teams across multiple countries and customer segments (Fleet, B2B large, SME and real estate) Build, own and continuously evolve the proposition portfolio via taking ownership for strategy and roadmap definition as well as implementation Lead the design of innovative and customer centric propositions comprising product, price, placement and promotion building on strong commercial, market and customer insights Own cross-functional E2E proposition go-to-market across E.ON Drive countries including processes and IT requirements Transition our product management governance to even more customer and commercial focus Co-own margin performance and in-life evolutions of propositions to meet targets from a global and country-by-country perspective Act as senior interface to partners, customers and internal stakeholders Solve problems in a creative and innovative manner Provide a clear purpose to the team and role-model our values Drive a collaborative working culture; empower and develop people Qualifications University degree in business administration, economics or engineering Experience in building and managing high performing teams, structures and processes across countries by motivating, empowering and challenging employees Strategic thinker with commercial mindset, the creativity for innovative solutions and the pragmatism to create tangible results timely Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with desire to build strong networks across different cultures/functions, able to create buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups across all hierarchy levels Proven knowledge and experience in the field of eMobility solutions In-depth knowledge of mobility needs and market regarding our B2B customer segments is a plus Strong growth mindset that feels confident and stays focused in an environment marked by constant and fast paced change Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity while enthusiastic to solve problems E.ON is united in working on the most exciting issue that our generation needs to solve climate change!
